Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We utilise StarTrack Express air satchels for all our hair shipments. StarTrack Express usually delivers within 1-2 business days for metropolitan capital cities. For regional areas, deliveries can take up to 5 business days. Machine and accessory orders over 3kg will be shipped via StarTrack Express Road. All Great Lengths orders are shipped from our Head Office located at Suite 202, 115 Military Road, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089. Great Lengths Australia only ship orders to customers located in Australia. 

A Customer’s first Order may not be accepted by Great Lengths until:

(a)   the Customer’s employees have been trained in the use of the Products to the satisfaction of Great Lengths and have an employee with Great Lengths Certification and

(b)   Great Lengths receives a duly completed and executed application form for an account with Great Lengths.

(c)   The Customer’s first Order will not be delivered by Great Lengths until it has been paid for in full. 

 

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

All hair orders received prior to 12 noon Monday through Friday AEST/AEDT will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day. 

RETURNS - Great Lengths does not offer refunds or exchanges for hair purchased, except where the product is incorrectly picked, is faulty or lost/damaged in transit. To return such items, please contact customer service on (02) 99356900 to arrange for the return and or replacement. Returns can only be made with unused product. In the case of hair, the return will not be accepted if the keratin bonds have been cut or separated or not in saleable condition, at Great Lengths sole discretion. 

The Customer must notify Great Lengths within five (5) Business Days of delivery if any Products are damaged, or, there is any discrepancy between the Order and the Products delivered. The Customer may not make a claim for an Order to be rectified if made after that time. The Customer bears the onus of establishing that a delivery differs from the relevant Order.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail/ text message once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Due to StarTrack limitations, we do not deliver to Po Boxes.
